02Aggregator Disclaimer & Non-Hosting Notice
Streamix does not upload, encode, host, store, or maintain any video files or media assets on its physical server infrastructure.
All media playback streams rendered by the player are embedded or redirected from third-party decentralized hosting providers and public streaming endpoints across the open web. Streamix operates purely as an indexing technology layer.
03DMCA & Copyright Compliance
Streamix complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright norms. If you believe your copyrighted work is indexed on this site without authorization, please submit a formal takedown request.

04Acceptable Platform Conduct
Users shall not execute automated bot scraping, excessive parallel requests designed to degrade server availability, or attempt unauthorized penetration testing against the origin servers. Automated systems violating our rate limit ceilings will be automatically blocked by our firewall.
05Limitation of Liability
Streamix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Streamix disclaims all liability for the accuracy, uptime, or availability of third-party video streams and origin servers.
